A: How do I order from you?
We have provided several methods for you to order products from us.
The preferred method is to use the online shopping basket features of

A: How soon will I
receive my order?
Our standard shipping charge of $7.00 covers any size order within
the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii (International orders
and customers with special shipping requests must pay additional
shipping costs).
Our order fulfillment facility is closed on weekends and holidays, however orders may be placed 24
hours a day using our website or using our 24 hour order line or by Fax machine.
All orders will be processed on the next business weekday.
Order processing time is contingent upon credit card
authorization, check funds receipt and clearance, and does not include
weekends or holidays.
We ship via USPS and UPS. As a reality check, please allow 3 to 4
in transit business days for delivery addresses located in the
Western states, 5 to 8 in transit business days for delivery
addresses located in the Eastern states. International orders should
allow 10 to 14 in transit days, minimum, for delivery. We are not
responsible for USPS and UPS shipping delays.

A: What is your product
return and refund policy?
RPM Total Vitality guarantees quality products and service.
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, you are
dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of
receipt for assistance. For fastest results, contact us by email at:

You may return unopened merchandise or defective merchandise within
30 days of receipt for replacement or refund. We are not responsible
for refunding shipping costs to or from you for any returned items.
Regarding Canthaxanthin: If you feel you want our
Canthaxanthin for tanning purposes with a guarantee, we suggest you
send the unopened sealed bottles directly back to us for an immediate
refund (minus shipping charges). We sell and advertise our
Canthaxanthin as a natural carotenoid food color and anti-oxidant. This is the
only approved
use of our Canthaxanthin. Our product is guaranteed to be the
highest quality, best to assimilate, and darkest Canthaxanthin
available. We do stand by these claims.

A: The Order
Form does not print correctly. Why?
1) Please make sure that you have not modified your web
browser's Page Setup... options to any unusual values. The
Page Setup image below displays the default settings for most Internet
Explorer versions:

Please note the Margins (inches) settings.
2) If the Order Form does not display correctly,
it will also most likely not print correctly. Have you installed
any utility programs that prevent the normal display of HTML Tables? If
yes, please temporally disable this program.
3) If you are using a browser other than
Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Safari or Opera, please let our webmaster
know. We'll add that browser to the list of web browsers we test against.
A: What
do you do with my personal information?
Your personal information is stored in encrypted and password
protected files on our web server (a protected computer system).
If you chose to create an account with us, you may make changes to your
information anytime using the Account Name and Password you specified.
An RPM Total Vitality online account
allows you to conveniently order with us in the future by eliminating
the need to retype your Shipping and Billing address information.
Credit card information is not permanently stored with your
RPM Total Vitality online account. Your
credit card information is stored with your order. When your
order has been completely fulfilled and confirmed delivered, your
credit card information is deleted.
We will not share your information with any other business entities
or advertisers. You will not receive junk or "spam" mail from any third
party advertisers as a result of your relationship with us.
Protecting your personal information is a priority for us.

A: Why did I
receive a FormMail screen?
If you receive the following screen when registering with us:

then you probably have an anti-virus or a network security program
installed on your computer that prevents the release of "browser"
information. Our form/email management software requires the
"referrer" information to aid in verifying that a request for
information is not a spam mailer exploit.
Contrary to what many Security Software Vendors might tell you, the
release of browser "referrer" information is not a security risk or
breach. This is a normal method for HTTP session information to be
passed from one HTML page/process to another. Normally, this
allows the website to accommodate any brand of browser by making sure
that idiosyncrasies between brands/releases are accounted for.
If you with to complete the registration process for our website,
please implement one of the solutions that follow.
Solution: For Symantec's Norton Internet Security.
Use the following steps to add a URL to the approved list/category:
- Open the administration user interface for Symantec Web
Security.
- Click List > Modify.
- Select the list to which you wish to add the URL.
- Select "Add URLs to list" > Next.
- In the window provided under "NEW URL", use the previous
Guidelines to type the URL . NOTE: It is not necessary to start
your URL with HTTP://.
- Select the list that you want to add the URL to, and then
click "Add."
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you have added all the URL's to
the list. When finished, click Done to return to the main
administration user interface page.

Q: Why
does your site use "cookies"?

A lot of news and comment has been published regarding
the use and placement of "cookies" onto your Personal Computer. Below
I'll give you a primer about cookies and why they are not the evil
things folks in the news media make them out to be.
Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site
stores on your computer while you are viewing it. These pieces of
information allow the website to remember important information that
will make your use of that site more useful. The information
gathered and stored in the cookie can be transmitted back to the
hosting site at a later date or time.
Online Store Activities
If you wish to order items using our online shopping cart, you
will need to have cookies enabled on your web browser. Cookies are
text files we place in your computer's browser to store your
preferences as you shop. Cookies do not, by themselves, tell us your
email address or any other personally identifiable information.
When you make a purchase at our online store, we request payment
information via our secured sales order web-server. This information
is in turn, received via a secured order transaction with our sales
order web-server. Consistent with all credit card purchases made on
our website, this information is stored only in our purchase order
journal logs.
